Just don't go to Volkswagen, go to an independent workshop which knows how to deal with Lupo 3L. Volkswagen cost a fortune and they don't know anything about Lupo 3L. The forum is great for Lupo 3L owners in Sweden. Best regards from Nicholas in Sundsvall

Re: Lupo 3L gearbox basic setting (Theresias) Hi! Thank you very much this proced. This number "12". I adjusted gear actuator and replaced selector rod and ball head but basic setting not OK. MVB 015 display zone 3:Specified value: 2.5V +/- 0.2V (G239) MVB 015 display zone 4:Specified value: 2.9V +/- 0.2V (G240) These voltages OK.

I'm new in this forum, just found this great forum about Lupo 3l so thought you might give give me some help. I'm big fun of Lupo 3l so few weeks ago bought one from swiss but it turned out to be my nighmare car. From day one i had problems with gearbox, while driving sometimes the car didn't want to shift gear and it stands in iddle.

Noting like the 3L will ever be replicated again and sold to the consumer it was basically a concept car that made it into production as a real world eco R&D project. The new Polo Bluemotion comes very close in fuel consumption (3.3 L/100 km versus 3L/100km for the Lupo), though it's a lot bigger and far safer.

23 Nov 2017. #19. The A2 1.2 TDi is much lower weight than the 1.4 petrol car - especially in D4 format. The 1.2 has thinner front windscreen, narrower wheel arches, aluminium subframe (Petrol has steel), aluminium lower wishbones (not steel), the 1191cc engine weighs around 100kg (much lighter than even the AUA).
